"Sizing is all over the place"
I ordered a medium and it fit more like a small, so I exchanged it for a large thinking that would fix it. The large ended up being huge. I reached out to support, but the replies felt like copy-paste answers and didn’t really help with the sizing issue. Frustrating overall.

"Customer service made it harder than it needed to be"
I reached out to support thinking this would be a simple fix, but the replies were short and didn’t really help much. I kept feeling like, why is this so complicated? In the end, my issue still wasn’t sorted, which made the whole experience frustrating.

I ordered the blue one, but when my package arrived, it was black instead. I was disappointed because I specifically wanted the blue version.

"Not the best if you need larger sizes"
I was browsing amaryllisapparel.com and got a little disappointed once I started checking the sizing. Some of the pieces are really cute, but a lot of them seem to stop at sizes that just don’t work for everyone.
The size chart didn’t really give me the impression that different body types were being considered either. Maybe this is just one store, but it feels like so many brands do this same thing where if you’re outside a narrow size range, you’re basically an afterthought.
I wish more clothing brands would make their cute styles available to more people. It shouldn’t feel like finding something stylish in a bigger size is asking for too much.

"A little more variety would be nice"
I was hoping to find a bit more variety when I was browsing, but the selection felt somewhat limited to me. A lot of the styles seemed similar, and I didn’t see as many color or size options as I expected. I ended up moving on after a few minutes because nothing really caught my eye. It might work well for someone who likes the styles they carry, but it just wasn’t quite what I was looking for.

"I’m giving 1 star because my order..."
I’m giving 1 star because my order arrived late and wasn’t even what I expected when it finally showed up. Maybe I’m old-fashioned, but I usually assume that when I pay for something, it’ll arrive on time and in decent condition. Silly me, apparently.
I tried to sort it out by contacting support, but the response wasn’t very helpful and mostly just made the whole thing more frustrating. I’m sure this somehow works for other people, but I wouldn’t really order again unless things seriously change.

"Wish I’d Been More Careful With the Size"
I tried to exchange a top for a different size, i regret not double-checking everything before ordering. The whole process was way more confusing than I expected, and I kept having to dig around just to figure out the next step.
For something that should’ve been simple, it took too much time and felt like a hassle. I don’t mind following rules, but this was frustrating enough that I probably wouldn’t order again unless I was completely sure about the sizing.

"I’m still waiting on my refund..."
I’m still waiting on my refund, it’s been taking way too long. The whole thing feels like it was handled carelessly, like no one really followed up or paid attention to what was going on. I get that refunds can take a little time, but this has been frustrating.

"Sizing felt completely off"
I ordered my usual size from amaryllisapparel.com the fit was nowhere close to what the size chart made it seem like. The top was super tight, but the pants were way too big, so the whole set just felt awkward. What made it more frustrating was that I felt kind of dismissed when I brought up the issue, like it was just my problem to deal with. Annoying overall and definitely not worth the hassle for me.

"Slow replies and confusing updates"
I reached out twice about my order and ended up waiting days just to hear anything back. What made it more annoying was that the little information I did get felt kind of mixed, like I wasn’t sure if my order was actually being handled or not. "Fell apart way too fast"
I ordered a dress from Amaryllis Apparel, it looked cute when it first arrived. I was excited to wear it, but quickly I started thinking, why is this so complicated when it’s just supposed to be a simple dress purchase?
After only wearing it twice, the stitching started coming loose and the fabric had those little pills all over it. I washed it normally in cold water too, nothing harsh or crazy, so I really don’t think it was anything I did.

For the price, I expected it to hold up longer than a week. It was disappointing because it looked nice at first, but the quality just wasn’t there. I probably wouldn’t order from them again.

I was disappointed when the dress showed up. It looked a lot different from the pictures, especially the color, and the fabric just seemed cheaper in person. They made it look way nicer online, so it was a letdown.

"Looks cute, but beware of the quality"
I thought this dress looked nice when I first got it, but after actually wearing it, the quality was really disappointing. The stitching is sloppy, the seams are uneven, and one of the sleeves started coming loose after just one wear. The fabric also doesn’t feel properly lined, so it comes off cheap overall. For the price, I expected much better. Just a heads up if you’re thinking about buying it, I wouldn’t get it again...

"Why is tracking such a hassle?"
I placed my order and expected the tracking to update like it normally should, but it still hasn’t changed at all. It feels like such a simple thing is being made way harder than it needs to be.
